The fastest rangefinder I've ever tested, and waterproof to boot. A bargain-- it outranges our Leicas.

I have now used it on 3 elk hunts, numeous jackrabbit shootings, prarie dog hunting, and playing guess the yardage and have had no problems. I have seen over 1600 on the display on reflective targets in good conditions. No problems with dark or any other colored objects either. Most everyone thats used it likes it and one friend bought his own after hunting with it. The low light LED is not much help in complete darkness but I don't hunt in the dark anyway. The brush mode works like a champ and ranges through branches to give the yardage on the other side. Just a good compact product. I recomend to anyone and would buy again.

Great product. One of the best rangefinders I have tested and at a much lower cost. First time I took it out of the box set it on a tripod and ranged a pine tree in partly cloudy conditions at 1710 yards!

If you want a great hunting rangefinder that truly ranges game out to the ranges you need it (300 to 500 yds) this is the product. I first ordered a Leica and was disappointed although the optics were superb, I sent it back and got the bushnell, and it's great

I compared a friend's Leica 1200 and another friend's Bushnell 1500. On exactly the same targets on the side of a mountain, the Leica quit ranging after 1100 yards on dry, grassy and rocky areas with junipers, on a nearby mountain, while the Bushnell went out to the edge of that same mountain at 1384 yards. Both worked well in bright sun or shadows at twilight at targets 1000 yards or less. Both worked very well at 830 yards or less and agreed within a yard or so on closer targets. Neither will work if aimed within 10 to 20 degrees of the direct sun (duh!). My friend with the Bushnell has ranged 1500+ yards regularly and on a Wyoming prairie dog hunt ranged a light colored pickup at 1900 yds! Yesterday I ranged a road grader at 1180 yards. For the money and performance..it's the Bushnell 1500. That's my order!
